There is a great deal of cognitive science research that as soon as we read something, we start forgetting. Scientists are busy assessing how much we forget. There are claims that we forget 30% within a day and 90% within a month. It doesn’t matter what the rate is, what it means is that no matter how much time you invest in studying, nearly everything you study will soon be forgotten. It is like pumping fuel into a car that has a hole in the tank. All of your hard work simply drains away.
So I would suggest you practice daily so you deep-encode existing knowledge as you move forward.
We are so confident that daily practice works that we provide limited number of daily questions, which expire at the end of the day. So if you don’t attempt those questions, you lose them. We could let users choose the number of questions but then they won’t practice daily; they would postpone practice till later, till it’s too late.
